Microsoft Translator supports 50 languages and has a nice real-time translation feature.
Here’s a step by step walkthrough on how to download Microsoft Translator app for your Android device:
Download “Microsoft Translator” app from the Play Store.
When you open the Microsoft Translator app, you will be presented with 2 options: “Speak to Translate” and “Type to Translate“.
Select your preferred input.
After selecting your input method; “Speak to Translate” or “Type to Translate“, you can then use the bottom menu that appears to specify the “input language” and the “output language“.
The real-time translation feature is enabled by default and the application suggests a related translation while you are typing. To disable the real time translation:
- Go to the home page of the app.
- Select the 3 dot “…” button at the top right of your screen, and click on “Settings“.
- Uncheck the “Continuous Updates” option.
